Matt grew up in the Carlson Music business and is extremely well versed in all aspects of the music industry. He graduated from St. John’s University where he was involved in numerous activities and excelled on the tennis team. Matt and his wife, Kaleena have three children, they live an active lifestyle enjoying all outdoor and sporting activities.
Robert Watson | Director of Sales | Higher Education Sales Manager
Robert Watson is the Institutional Sales Manager and leading product specialist at Carlson’s Piano World. He holds a degree in Piano Performance from North Central University and brings a distinguished background as a jazz/church musician and music producer. With extensive training on Yamaha/Bösendorfer pianos and deep expertise across premier brands, Robert is a trusted authority dedicated to guiding clients with professionalism and precision throughout their piano buying journey.
Jillian Halloran | Sales Professional | Product Specialist
Jillian has played both the piano and the tuba from a young age. She holds a master's degree from the University of Michigan in chamber music and tuba performance, as well as an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in tuba performance and music business. Through in-depth Yamaha product training and several years as a classical musician, Jillian is a great guide to finding the perfect piano. Outside of music, she enjoys cooking, board games, and hiking.
Dean Diers | Piano Technician | Delivery Lead Specialist
Dean has been working for Carlson's Piano World for over 20 years! His expertise is in tuning and repairs. Dean is involved in musical theater and robotics on the side.
Demar Gayle | Delivery Specialist
Demar is a professional pianist and producer. He studied and graduated from Edna Manley Music College in Jamaica in 2006. Demar has toured many countries as a keyboard player for multiple artists and eventually with his own group Raging Fyah They have received a Grammy nomination in 2016. Demar enjoys the whole essence of the piano and customer service and feels working at Piano World is a win for him.
