If you have a problem with your online Clavinova or AvantGrand purchase…as a first step please call us. (952-219-8501 or toll-free: 1-888-533-6117) We can try to troubleshoot over the phone to see what the issues are and what needs to be done. Oftentimes we have found that it may be an operations understanding. However we want to take care of you; we will do all that is needed to take care of you and the situation.

If you’re confident that you’ve received a product that is DEFECTIVE, once again please give us a call (or you can fill out the contact form) and our expert staff can determine if that is, indeed, the case or something else can resolve the situation. If we determine that the product requires warranty replacement we will cover shipping fees within a 30 day period from time of purchase.

Of course we want you to be totally enchanted with your new piano; however if you’re not entirely satisfied you can: 1) return for a full refund of the purchase price; 2) leave it as an in-store credit to be used at a later time; or 3) return and exchange for another piano within the 30 day time frame. (If you did have free shipping on your first order that will be deducted from the refund or in-store credit. NOTE: 30-day refund applicable only to online purchase of Clavinova digital pianos and not in-store purchases.)

 

How to go about making a return:

We regret that your purchase didn’t go as smoothly as we would have wished. To initiate a return:

Please call us for an RA (return authorization) number. Also try to check off each of the following:

  • If you purchase was from a rebate or promotional campaign-your return will have a restocking fee.

  • Please put the RA number on the shipping label. All product must come back to us in the same condition received, including all documents, accessories and package materials.

  • Please return in the original product box with UPC codes intact.

  • If the piano came in a 2 box packaging, please return it in the same.

  • Please do not use any tape other than packing tape. (Do not use duct tape, etc)

  • Make sure your shipping can be tracked such as using UPS or FedEx.
